Booking and functional storage

We use the contact details you submit to manage appointments and send appointment messages. Saved contact details, appointment links and activated offers support booking and are separate from optional analytics.

Optional first-party analytics

Only when you choose Allow analytics do we set an anonymous browser cookie and record page visits, coarse device/browser information, offer-link visits and booking steps. We can associate bookings with that browser. A shared browser may represent several customers; we do not merge them or assume who is browsing.

We do not use advertising pixels, device fingerprinting, precise location or permanent IP-based analytics identity. Page queries and fragments are not recorded. Referrers are reduced to their website origin.

Your choice and retention

You can decline or withdraw through Privacy choices. Offers and booking continue to work. The analytics cookie and choice expire after 180 days. Raw events and sessions are kept for up to 12 months, subject to bounded cleanup. Booking associations and conversion history are kept with appointment history; withdrawal stops future collection and does not rewrite existing booking history.
